Our commitment to our customers also includes an understanding that we need to offer flexible contracts to you, our customer. In line with your specific budgetary needs, we can customize a contract based on Per Push, Per Event, or Fixed Seasonal Pricing. We will be happy to work with you to develop an agreement suitable to your requirements.

 

  • Per Push - A Per Push Contract is available for our customers who prefer to be invoiced only when snow and ice is removed, plowed, etc. This gives you optimum control over how your property is maintained.

 

  • Per Event – When the duration of an event is long, a Price Per Event Contract may be most suitable for your needs. Customers who require safe access to their property continuously before, during and after an event often find this option the most beneficial. Designed with specific predetermined ‘triggers’, we will maintain your property to your exact standards.

 

  • Fixed Seasonal Pricing – For our customers who wish to avoid the uncertainty of ‘peaks and valleys’ in budgeting based upon event frequency and intensity, a Fixed Seasonal Pricing Contract is available. For a fixed investment, Alert Snow will automatically take care of the winter weather for you.

  • Pre-Treatment Application to Concrete and Asphalt Surfaces

  • Deicing Applications throughout storm as needed

  • Sidewalk(s), Walkway(s), Entrance(s) cleared every 1" of accumulation during storm

  • Lot Plowing every 1" of accumulation during storm

  • Clearing of all parking areas (where vehicles were parked during storm) one time with in 24 hours.  

  • Ice watch - refreeze ice melt applications applied as needed after storm is completed upon refreeze warning issued.  

  • Weather Monitoring alert emails prior to storm

  • Site inspection report after storm
